New Orleans projects
New Orleans has a strong historic building stock: shotgun houses, Creole cottages and raised houses with deep porches, many of them on narrow lots. New houses and additions are often raised above the ground, so a street view has to show the stairs, the porch height and how the house meets its neighbors. A render that gets the porch and the raised floor right is often what a homeowner or review body wants to see.
The climate is hot and humid, with lush planting for much of the year. We light scenes for that and keep landscaping full unless you ask for a winter look.
How a New Orleans job runs
- You send drawings, site photos and the views you want, marked on a plan or described.
- We confirm the cameras and send a written quote with the delivery date.
- You approve grey-model previews of each view before any materials go on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups and deliver the final images.
The work is remote: email, shared folders and video calls booked in Central time. We don't have an office in New Orleans and don't visit sites. Your phone photos from the lot and the street give us the context we need.

Questions
Can you render a raised house next to older neighbors?
Yes. Send the elevations and photos of the houses on each side. We model the neighbors as simple shapes so the height difference reads correctly from the street.
What time zone do you use for New Orleans clients?
We book calls in Central time, with everything else by email and shared folders.
Ask for a quote
The price depends on the number of views, how much context has to be modeled around the building, and the revision rounds you want. Each job gets its own written quote.
